No. Every class is scalable and coached. You choose your weights + level of intensity. We provide the program, form corrections, progressions, or modifications when needed.
Are there contracts?
No. You can cancel anytime with a simple form available in our app.
How big are classes?
Group classes 16 to 24. SGPT capped at 6.
Can I freeze?
Yes. We offer membership suspensions. You can find the simple form to suspend in our app!
