- Sign Up: Purchase your membership to gain access to up to 6 days per week of online AO programming.
- Receive Your Consult Form: Immediately after signing up, you will receive a consult form. This allows us to understand your fitness level, injuries, and goals.
- Get Your Program: Within 48 hours of submitting your consult form, you will receive access to your personalized program via the TeamBuildr app.
- Start Training: Begin your workouts at your convenience. Each program is modifiable based on your injuries and goals, ensuring that you get the most out of your training.
- Track Your Progress: Use the TeamBuildr app to track your weights, reps, and any modifications. This helps you monitor your progress and stay motivated.
